1. Chip conveying equipment:

Function: Its main function is to remove iron chips from the chip extraction port located at the bottom of the cutter head seat.

Structure: Equipped with a chain-type scraper cleaner provided by the accessory manufacturer, this device allows iron chips and coolant to flow into the scraper cleaner through the bottom of the cutter head. The coolant then drips into a water tank in the fuselage. Iron filings are efficiently removed by chain scrapers and densely collected.

2. Hydraulic system:

Function: This system is responsible for supplying working hydraulic oil to relevant parts of the equipment according to the design requirements to achieve its operating actions.

Composition: This line has a hydraulic unit located on the right rear of the fuselage. It includes a pump generator, multiple control valves, a hydraulic tank and hydraulic lines. Tanks, connectors and pipes are evenly distributed throughout the unit.

3. Oil and gas lubrication system:

5. Cutting fluid circulation cooling system:

Composition: The system mainly consists of circulation pump, pipes and nozzles.

Function: The circulation pump delivers cutting fluid from the reservoir to the nozzle near the cutting head. When this cutting fluid is sprayed directly onto the tool and peeling blade, it absorbs much of the heat generated during the peeling process. Along with the peeling blade, the coolant drips into the chip removal port and then returns to the water tank through the pipe.
